Role Overview Drive business expansion across Western India by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting deal closures with discount brokers, full-service brokers, banks, and fintech platforms. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Pipeline Development : - Identify and engage potential clients across target segments (brokers, fintech platforms, banks) - Conduct outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn, industry events, and partner networks - Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations - Support sales managers in advancing opportunities through the pipeline Client Engagement : - Present TradeLab's offerings alongside product/solutions teams - Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and product demos - Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders - Maintain professional follow-ups and communication Sales Support & Documentation : - Prepare proposals, business decks, and pitch materials - Create basic commercial documents - Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce) of leads, interactions, and pipeline status - Collaborate with sales, product, and solutions teams to develop tailored value propositions Market Intelligence : - Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings - Track regulatory changes including SEBI guidelines - Apply market knowledge to refine outreach strategies Required Qualifications : - 2-4 years in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales within fintech, capital markets, SaaS, trading, or investment platforms - Basic understanding of trading platforms, brokers, capital market ecosystem, or fintech workflows - Strong verbal and written communication with confident client-facing presence - Experience with CRM systems for lead tracking and pipeline management - Target-driven mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments - Self-driven with high ownership and eagerness to learn independently - Proven relationship-building skills with professional stakeholder management
