Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage payroll operations and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and related challans. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payroll software, government portals, and labor law regulations.

PF & ESI Compliance

- Handle PF and ESI registration for new employees.
- Prepare and file monthly PF and ESI returns via EPFO and ESIC portals.
- Generate and submit Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR) for PF contributions.
- Ensure timely payment of PF and ESI contributions and maintain accurate records.
- Manage Form 11 and other statutory documentation for new and exited employees.
- Manage Accident case and register them online in the ESIC Portal.

Payroll Management

- Process monthly payroll including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with salary structure norms for PF and ESI applicability.
- Generate pay slips and maintain payroll records securely.

Policy & Advisory

- Stay updated on changes in PF/ESI laws and notify management.
- Advise HR and management on best practices for statutory compliance.
- Conduct internal training sessions on payroll and compliance protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in EPFO/ESIC portals and payroll software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Payroll, ADP).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
