Overview This role assists our Audit team on their administrative needs This role needs to work closely with US counter parts and collaborate with India teams to support the needs This is role needs to work on India night shift timing i e 6PM IST to 3AM IST If you are curious about the role and aspiring to grow along with the practice and firm this is the right place for you to explore Responsibilities Apply specialized knowledge and software proficiency in audit Create proof edit and correct documents memos and letters for Partners and associates ensuring timeliness and context accuracy Provide administrative support to the audit service line to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a positive collaborative work environment Monitor and contribute to the national pool of administrative attest assignments Produce high quality work following guidelines and firm standards including proofreading and report compilations Scheduling conference rooms and handling hospitality arrangements Train associates on software in audit or other admin functions Contribute to special projects and assist other administrative staff with overflow work as needed Work closely with US and India teams Work in India night shift timing 6PM to 3AM IST to make sure US team gets full support Excellent in communication and articulation Periodically update client information in various Wipfli software tools and systems Qualifications 3 years of job-related experience with a high school education or less than 3 years of job-related experience with an educational degree Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word and a basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Experience in a professional services work environment Experience in training and work delegation Ability to plan prioritize and organize work effectively while balancing many projects simultaneously Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines with good attention to detail
