Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and a strong ability to communicate with end-users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users of client software, identifying and resolving technical problems, and using the IT Service Management system to review and respond to requests for support.

The IT Support Specialist will also be responsible for escalating urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources or vendors, and interacting with end-users to understand issues from a business perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to users of client software by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or requests.
  2. Problem Identification and Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve technical problems using the IT Service Management system.
  3. Request Fulfillment: Use the IT Service Management system to review and respond to requests for support.
  4. Escalation: Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources or vendors.
  5. User Interaction: Interact with end-users to understand issues from a business perspective.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with end-users.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
