About Us
Crescendo.AI an AI-powered customer intelligence platform designed to transform customer lifecycle management from lead conversion to onboarding, retention, upselling, collections, and support. With an initial investment of $200K, we are assembling a high-caliber founding team to bring our vision to life.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Software Engineering who will architect, lead, and scale the technology backbone of JL Intellicore. This is a founding leadership opportunity where you will shape product strategy, engineering culture, and the tech roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the software architecture and technology stack for our AI-driven SaaS platform.
- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with product, business, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.
- Establish best practices in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and agile delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in software engineering, with strong product development background (preferably SaaS/AI-driven platforms).
- Hands-on expertise in cloud-native architecture, modern web technologies, and scalable systems.
Proven track record of leading engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
Exposure to AI/ML, data engineering, and agentic AI solutions is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in a bootstrapped, early-stage environment.
