Job Description Job Location - Onsite ( Delhi,Jasola ) Salesforce Enterprise Architect job description centres on designing and guiding scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions that align with business strategy. Key responsibilities include leading technical design, ensuring the platform's architecture meets business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders and development teams. This involves creating technical designs, overseeing governance and best practices, and providing strategic technical leadership on large-scale projects. Key responsibilities - Strategic Design: Define and lead the overall Salesforce architecture vision, aligning it with business goals and the Salesforce platform roadmap. - Solution Development: Design scalable and sustainable solutions that consider factors like governor limits, APIs, and data volume. Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and determine when custom solutions are needed. - Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed across implementations. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical experts to gather requirements and communicate architectural decisions. - Governance and Best Practices: Develop and enforce technical standards, governance processes, and best practices for Salesforce development and data security. - Project Oversight: Lead or participate in the definition and scoping of projects, provide accurate workload estimates, and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions. - Innovation and Improvement: Stay current with new Salesforce features and advise on emerging technologies. Review existing implementations to identify optimization opportunities. - Documentation: Create and maintain technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and other architectural artifacts. - Integration: Design and manage integrations with other enterprise systems, often involving middleware solutions like MuleSoft. Required skills and qualifications - Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including core clouds like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as configuration and development tools. - Enterprise Architecture: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks and concepts like data governance, scalability, and security. - System Integration: Expertise in system integration, API management, and data architecture. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are crucial for translating technical concepts and collaborating across teams.
