This role acts as the central liaison between consultants, internal teams, and client stakeholders. The analyst handles onboarding, relationship management, issue resolution, documentation, reporting, and operational workflows to maintain high-quality project delivery. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, solving problems, and ensuring people have the support they need to succeed. Key Role and Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for consultants on assignment. Manage onboarding, timesheets, payroll queries and compliance documentation. Resolving consultant issues promptly by coordinating with teams. Interact with Resource Manager for onboarding updates, access, timesheet follow-ups, and escalations. Maintain consultant records, onboarding checklist, client documentation and status logs. Coordinate between consultant, client IT, HR Payroll and internal operations teams. Identify recurring issues and propose corrective process improvements. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance consultant experience and project operations. Required Skills & Qualification Bachelor's degree in business Administration, HR, Operation or related field. 1-3 Years of experience operations, HR Coordination, US Project support.
