Creative & Administrative Manager (Full-Time, Ahmedabad) Are you someone who can move fluidly between creativity and organization — between a rehearsal space and a spreadsheet, between academic writing and travel planning? We’re looking for a Creative & Administrative Manager to join our work in arts, education, and performance in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting creative projects, academic coordination, and day-to-day management. What You’ll Do ✨ Manage schedules, communication, and project timelines. 🎭 Coordinate performances, workshops, and rehearsals — from hall booking to marketing. 🎓 Support academic and scholarship work: writing, editing, English grammar, documentation. 🧳 Handle travel bookings, logistics, and event operations. 💰 Manage budgets, payments, and financial tracking. 📸 Oversee creative documentation (written + visual). 🌐 Assist with marketing, advertising, and outreach for workshops & shows. 🗣️ Translate between English and Gujarati when needed. What We’re Looking For - Excellent English communication (academic + creative). - Gujarati fluency and translation skills (a strong plus). - Strong organizational and multitasking ability. - Comfort with Google Workspace / MS Office; Canva or social media tools are a bonus. - Prior experience in arts administration, event management, or academic coordination. Who You Might Be A resourceful, empathetic person who enjoys bringing structure to creative chaos — someone equally comfortable drafting a proposal, writing an email, or coordinating a workshop.
