Role Overview As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will ensure every customer receives the right guidance and a refined in-store experience. The role requires confidence, attentive communication and strong understanding of customer needs while maintaining store standards. Key Responsibilities - Welcome and assist customers throughout their in-store journey - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product selections - Maintain knowledge of instore product categories and features - Ensure store presentation and merchandising standards are consistently maintained - Support billing, enquiries and service processes with accuracy - Build positive customer relationships and contribute to store sales performance Candidate Profile - Clear and confident communication - Presentable and comfortable in customer-facing interactions - Language proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati - Graduate (creative or design-related education preferred) Suitable for freshers or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
