Job Description - Team Leadership: Supervise a procurement support team, set priorities, and manage workloads across spend categories. - Performance Management: Ensure the team meets KPIs and deliverables through structured follow-ups and performance reviews. - Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and communicate team results to the broader supply chain and procurement community. - Team Development: Onboard new employees, coach team members based on their strengths, and facilitate skill growth. - Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cross-departmental alignment, and optimization projects. - Operational Oversight: Manage relationships with external partners (suppliers, co-packers) and ensure smooth collaboration. - Compliance and Representation: Represent the Procurement Compliance (CSP) function in internal forums and initiatives. - Proactive Risk Management: Identify and analyze potential risks or issues and implement root-cause solutions.
