Responsibilities - Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more areas of consulting technology. - Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to assess their needs and challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions. Lead major client engagements and oversee project portfolios. - Design, develop and implement the solution in the technology solution to meet the client needs. - Lead and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet quality standards. - Provide direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to other teams and consultants, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems and propose mitigation strategies. - Evaluate and select technology vendors, products, and services that best meet the organization's needs. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. - Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and innovations and assess their relevance to the organization.
