Position Marketing Manager - Masala Spices B2B B2C D2C Location Davanagere Karnataka Experience Required 5 to 10 years Industry FMCG Food Beverages Spices Masala Manufacturing Work Mode Work from office Note Apply only if you are willing to relocate to Davanagere Karnataka and experience in D2C marketing is mandatory About Us Chetan Foods is a growing manufacturer of premium Masala and Spice powders committed to bringing authentic flavors to kitchens across India and beyond We are in an exciting growth phase and looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our B2B B2C and D2C marketing initiatives especially focusing on new product launches and brand building in domestic and international markets website www chetanfoods com Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2B B2C and D2C channels to increase brand awareness and market share Plan and implement new product launch campaigns - from market research to go-to-market strategy Collaborate with sales production and distribution teams to align marketing strategies with business goals Coordinate with the sales team to implement regional campaigns and promotional offers Drive in-store promotions branding and consumer engagement activities across retail outlets Identify new market opportunities partnerships and distribution channels for both domestic and export markets Manage brand positioning packaging and promotional activities for the product portfolio Track and analyze marketing ROI campaign performance and consumer insights Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost optimization Supervise external agencies creative partners and digital teams for campaign execution Build and nurture relationships with retailers distributors and online platforms for product visibility and sales growth Required Skills Qualifications MBA PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification 5-10 years of experience in FMCG Food Beverages preferably Spices or related categories Proven track record in B2B B2C and D2C marketing especially in startup environments or new brand launches Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics Excellent communication negotiation and team leadership skills Creative thinker with strong business acumen and execution skills Preferred Experience Experience in launching new food or FMCG brands from scratch Familiarity with e-commerce platforms Amazon Flipkart BigBasket etc Experience in channel marketing and trade promotions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 450 000 00 - 650 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Davangere Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Do you have experience in B2B B2C and D2C marketing What s your Current CTC What s your Expected CTC Experience Marketing 5 years Required Work Location In person
