Job Overview We are seeking a full-time, on-site Medical Device Bilingual Customer Support Representative for our Ahmedabad office. This role involves delivering outstanding customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with clients in multiple languages, including English and one of the following: Dutch and Hebrew. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of customer service on a daily basis.
