Job Description

We're looking for a Generalist with an Accounting background and an avid interest in Tech. Excel skills are pretty much indispensable

Key Responsibilities :

1. Internal Accounts Management

1. Prepare internal day to day records and books for the company.
2. Monthly and Adhoc invoicing, payment reports mapping and client co-ordination for payments and receipts, AR/AP Management for the company.
3. Preparing quotes for projects in discussion with management.
4. Subscriptions management and payments processing, record maintenance.
5. Internal systems control & management.

2.Communication & Client Management

1. Handle client onboarding, KYC and company systems setup processes.
2. Client drive setup, access & folder management.
3. Internal & external communication systems setup and management.

3.Tech-admin Support:

1. Internal software setup, running and management.
2. Tech implementation across levels, including day to day working, managing calendars & meetings, general processes streamlining, etc.
3. Handle data entry & manage internal databases, company records, accounts updation.

4. Company Complianceand co-ordination for Filings:

1. Submission of accounting records to CA on monthly basis for GST submission, TDS compliance - deduction, submission and return filing.
2. Help ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
3. Co-ordination with CA for regulatory and statutory filings, returns, etc.
4. Assist with internal event management, company meeting agendas & minutes, and workshops.
5. Fluency & Confidence in speaking English

5.Employee Management:

1. Training maintenance and updations for onboarding and skill development.
2. Assist in recruitment, upskilling & performance reviews.

Additional Tasks: Include Blog writing, Social Media Posts & Coordination with the SEO team.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounts, Commerce or dropped out from CA IPCC, CMA intermediate, CWA, CS or a related field, or equivalent qualifications are welcome. B.com, M.com, MBAs - people with accounting background preferred.
2. Experience: Previous experience in Accounts departments, and/or GST, TDS, ROC, filings, and administrative roles needed. Good communication skills & technical ability to use and navigate the latest tools are a must.
3. Hours: Office hours between 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, to report on site.
