. Inviting applications for the role of [Management Trainee], [Record to Report (Fixed Assets)]
In this role, we seek a finance and accounting professional with prior Fixed Assets accounting experience.
Responsibilities
. Postings of fixed assets transactions into ERP, including additions, disposals, and transfers.
. Calculating and recording depreciation expenses for all fixed assets.
. Reconciling fixed asset sub-ledger with the general ledger and investigating discrepancies.
. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset reports, including depreciation schedules.
. Ensuring compliance with company policies, IFRS/GAAP, and other local regulatory requirements as applicable. Adhering to controls.
. Assisting with internal and external audits related to fixed assets.
. Identifying and implementing improvements to fixed asset management processes and systems.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
. Degree or PG in Finance - B.com/M.Com/CA Inter

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Proven experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing Record To Report Ops
. Relevant work experience in Fixed Assets profile.
. SAP ERP experience is mandatory.
. Workday ERP experience will be added advantage.
. Proficient in Micro Soft Office applications, especially in Micro Soft excel.
. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Must be a positive and energetic team player.
