- Account Executive Inter CA Qualified Company Windson Organics Private Limited Location Gandhinagar Department Accounts Finance Position Type Full-time About Windson Organics Pvt Ltd Windson Organics Pvt Ltd delivers premium organic spices herbs and essential oils sustainably sourced and high in quality We offer private labeling bulk sourcing and custom formulations to meet diverse business needs Partner with us for quality reliability and eco-friendly solutions Position Overview The Account Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations statutory compliance financial reporting and supporting internal as well as external audits The ideal candidate will have cleared CA Inter Chartered Accountancy Intermediate and must demonstrate sound knowledge of accounting principles GST TDS and company law-related compliances Key Responsibilities Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards Handle day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP or other accounting software Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions Taxation Statutory Compliance Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B annual return and TDS returns Assist in computation of income tax advance tax and ensuring timely payments Handle vendor customer reconciliations related to GST TDS Financial Reporting Prepare monthly quarterly and annual MIS reports Assist in preparation of financial statements balance sheet and P L accounts Support budgeting and forecasting activities Audit Compliance Coordinate with statutory auditors internal auditors and tax consultants Ensure compliance with Companies Act accounting standards and other regulatory requirements Prepare audit schedules reconciliations and address audit queries Other Responsibilities Vendor and customer account reconciliation Payroll assistance and employee reimbursement checks Support management in decision-making with financial insights Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting standards GST TDS and corporate laws Proficiency in Tally ERP SAP any other accounting software Excellent command of MS Excel MS Office tools Strong analytical problem-solving and reconciliation skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications Experience Educational Qualification CA Inter cleared one or both groups Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting taxation and compliance articleship experience will be considered Experience in a manufacturing organic chemical industry will be an added advantage Compensation Benefits Competitive salary package commensurate with qualification and experience Provident Fund Gratuity and other statutory benefits Career growth opportunities with exposure to end-to-end finance functions Professional development and learning support Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Experience inter CA 2 years Required Work Location In person
