Job Title Shift Officer - Exhaust Dyeing Soft flow Jigger Long jet Department Dyeing Viscos Cotton Job Purpose To independently manage shift operations in the dyeing department with a focus on exhaust dyeing processes ensuring consistent product quality operational efficiency and adherence to production schedules using industry-standard equipment and systems Key Responsibilities Independently handle complete shift operations in the dyeing section Operate and manage Soft flow Jigger and Long jet dyeing machines efficiently Ensure correct and safe usage of dyes chemicals and recipes as per shade requirements Conduct shade matching and approval using spectrophotometer and analyse Delta E values for quality control Supervise and coordinate with machine operators helpers and lab staff for smooth workflow and output Maintain accurate production and process records in both manual and SAP systems Manage shift targets effectively while minimizing rework wastage and downtime Collaborate with QA and R D teams for shade correction and process improvement Ensure timely completion of batches and optimal machine utilization Follow SOPs safety standards and maintenance protocols during operations Key Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of exhaust dyeing processes Proficient in operating Soft flow Jigger and Long jet dyeing machines Good understanding of colour chemistry dyes chemicals and textile substrates Skilled in shade matching spectrophotometer handling and Delta E evaluation Computer proficiency including MS Office and dyeing production software Hands-on experience with SAP for production entry and reporting Excellent time management leadership and team coordination skills Strong troubleshooting and process optimization capabilities Ability to work independently under pressure in shift operations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Education Diploma Required Experience Textile dyeing 8 years Required
