: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Analyst with extensive experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and a solid background as a Technical Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing solutions using SAC, and leading projects from conception through implementation. This role requires an individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work closely with business users and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Analytics Cloud, providing guidance and support for SAC solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to develop effective technical solutions.
- Interpret users&apos business requirements, document them, and act as the key driver to work with the data team and the report development team.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAC dashboards and reports.
- Work closely with business users to ensure requirements are well-understood and translated into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to develop integrated solutions that align with business needs.
- Conduct data analysis, profiling, and validation to support SAC reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users for SAC solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAC dashboards and reports.

- Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Proven track record of leading analytics and reporting projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and working with large datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is a plus.

- Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP certification in Analytics Cloud or related modules.
- Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.

- Skills and Competencies:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
