Role: Senior Marketing Research Analyst

Experience - 6-9 Years

Job Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Mandatory Skills: SPSS Tool (Any)

Role and Responsibilities:

1. **Lead Market Research Projects**: Oversee and manage market research projects, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.

2. **Analyze Market Data**: Collect and analyze data on consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

3. **Develop Research Strategies**: Design and implement research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis techniques.

4. **Prepare Reports and Presentations**: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

5. **Mentor Junior Analysts**: Provide guidance and support to junior market research analysts, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.

6. **Collaborate with Other Departments**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure research insights are integrated into business strategies.

7. **Monitor Industry Trends**: Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide timely and relevant insights to the company.

8. **Build Pipeline of Target Accounts**: Identify and develop a pipeline of potential target accounts to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

9. **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored research solutions.

10. **Optimize Marketing Operations**: Use research findings to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
