Position Title Responsibility Level Associate - Endorsement and Underwriting Function Property Casualty P C US Insurance - Operations Location Noida India Area of Function Back Office Job Summary The associate Sr Associate will support key operational functions including processing endorsement and underwriting for auto and home insurance across personal and commercial lines including Validation of work This entry level position is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 18 months of experience in US Property and Casualty insurance industry who are detail-oriented and eager to build their skills in a dynamic fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Endorsement Accurately process endorsement requests for auto and home insurance policies including policy modifications coverage additions and other adjustments as requested by policyholders or agents Review existing policies to ensure that requested endorsement comply with underwriting guidelines and company policies Verify all necessary information before processing changes Maintain data integrity and accuracy Ensure that all endorsements are processed in accordance with regulatory requirement and company standards including adherence to state specific insurance laws Identify and resolve any discrepancy or issues that arise during endorsement process Stay updated on changes in company policies procedure and industry regulation related to auto and home insurance endorsements Underwriting Review and process New Business Renewals and Endorsements requests per guidelines Verify and update policy information Update policy forms per underwriting toolkit Generate experience mod reports and rating worksheets Follow instructions in binders including subjectivities and related activities Review incoming transactions and related information for completeness accuracy and quality Multi-line new business submissions renewal submissions and endorsements processing including rating policy construction and assembly in a timely and accurate manner Updating underwriting files with additional information and or policy documents Qualification and Skills Qualification Bachelor s degree Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Word Excel Outlook Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90 accuracy Analytical Skills Able to make decisions following the process guidelines Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks Process Specific Skills Good knowledge of Property Casualty insurance domain is preferred Soft Skills Minimum Good communication skills written verbal- CEF B1-4 Good comprehension skills
