Job Description Summary As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and scalability of our applications. You will work closely with development teams to create and execute performance test plans, develop test scripts, and identify areas for optimization. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to improve performance. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate technical information effectively. This role is strictly involved in the testing of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development & demo and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information. Your role in our mission Show that you're a real pro as you support creating purpose-built solutions and technologies that help us deliver valuable better health and human services outcomes. - Design and execute performance tests to evaluate the performance and scalability of software applications - Create and maintain performance test plans, test cases, and test scripts - Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions for optimization - Analyze test results and provide insights to development teams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing - Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing processes and methodologies What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in performance testing - Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools - Proficiency in performance monitoring and analysis - Experience with load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner and Storm runner - Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Java, Python, Shell) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills Skills - Performance testing methodologies and tools - Performance monitoring and analysis - Proficiency in Load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner and Storm runner) - Programming languages and scripting (e.g., Java, Python, Shell) What You Should Expect In This Role - Work From Office (5 Days) - Bangalore (Office). - Work timing 2 PM -11 PM (IST) shift.
