Job Description We're Hiring: Senior Performance Test Engineer Experience: 812 Years Location: Ahmedabad / Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in JMeter to drive performance testing across cloud-based and distributed systems. Key Responsibilities - Design and execute performance test plans (load, stress, endurance) using JMeter - Analyse performance results, identify bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis - Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve performance issues - Monitor application performance using Grafana, Datadog, or other APM tools - Generate detailed performance reports and support capacity planning - Lead and guide junior performance QA engineers - Communicate findings with clients and stakeholders Required Skills - 812 years of experience in performance testing - Strong hands-on experience with JMeter (Java/Groovy/BeanShell) - Experience with APM tools (Grafana, Datadog, etc.) - Good understanding of Web applications & REST APIs - Client-side performance testing (Lighthouse, mPulse preferred) - Agile experience and strong communication skills Nice to Have - Retail domain performance testing experience
