Senior Performance Test Engineer (8-12 Years)We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Performance Test Engineer to lead our performance engineering efforts. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in identifying system bottlenecks and ensuring high-scale reliability within cloud-native, distributed environments.Core ResponsibilitiesScripting & Execution: Design and maintain advanced performance test suites using JMeter, leveraging Java, Groovy, or BeanShell for custom logic.Comprehensive Testing: Execute load, stress, and endurance tests to evaluate system stability and capacity.Analysis & Diagnostics: Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis and use APM tools like Grafana or DataDog to visualize performance data.Optimization: Collaborate with developers to resolve bottlenecks and improve client-side performance using tools like Lighthouse.Leadership: Provide technical mentorship to QA teams and communicate performance insights to key stakeholders in an Agile framework.Required Qualifications8+ years in performance engineering with mastery of REST API architectures.Proven track record in component-level and distributed testing.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
