Job Description: Civil 3D BIM Modeler Location: Remote| Experience: 4+ Years Project Exposure: USA, UK, Middle East Role Overview Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil BIM Modeler with proven expertise in land development and a solid track record of working on international infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in BIM tools and workflows, capable of producing high-quality civil models, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a global environment. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage BIM models for civil and land development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout. - Interpret and incorporate survey data, topography, and geospatial inputs into BIM workflows. - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and coordination. - Apply international standards (e.g., AIA, BS, ISO) and client-specific BIM protocols. - Generate construction documentation, quantity take-offs, and clash detection reports. - Support BIM execution plans and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling practices. Required Skills & Qualifications - Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - 3+ years of experience in civil BIM modeling, with a focus on land development. - Strong command of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks; knowledge of InfraWorks or OpenRoads is a plus. - Familiarity with international codes and standards (e.g., US, UK, Middle East). - Experience working on global projects with cross-cultural teams. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Attributes - Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment. - BIM certification or training in ISO 19650 workflows is an advantage.
