Job Description
- Oversee revenue assurance processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve revenue leakage.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance revenue compliance and mitigate risks.
- Monitor revenue-related KPIs and provide insights to senior management.
- Review and validate billing systems to ensure alignment with contractual agreements.
- Prepare detailed reports and analysis for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Lead initiatives to streamline revenue assurance workflows and improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the revenue assurance function.
The Successful Applicant
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification (CA/Non-CA)
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in revenue assurance, reconciliation, or finance
- Strong understanding of P&L ownership and revenue processes
- Proven track record in process optimisation and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage senior management
