Job Description 3 years in Marketing Agency (Mandatory) Job Roles and Responsibilities: * Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings * Stay current with and apply AI-driven SEO trends, including generative search experiences (SGE), machine learning algorithms, and semantic search * Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits * Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, URLs, headings, internal linking) and off-page strategies (link building, outreach, etc.) * Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. * Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO and AI-driven search behaviors * Create clear, actionable reports and performance summaries for stakeholders and clients * Ensure all SEO activities align with the latest search engine guidelines and updates Requirements * Strong expertise in SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical) * In-depth understanding of how AI is impacting SEO (e.g., Google's AI search updates, SGE, RankBrain, BERT, MUM) * Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, etc. * Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions * Strong communication and project management skills * Proven success in managing SEO for multiple clients in an agency setting
