Job Summary The Recruitment Executive Field Work will be responsible for sourcing attracting and onboarding talented sales professionals brokers and channel partners for the company This role involves extensive fieldwork visiting colleges job fairs property exhibitions and local markets to identify and recruit potential candidates for our sales and marketing teams Key Responsibilities Identify attract and recruit sales executives real estate agents and field staff for various real estate projects Conduct field visits to potential recruitment sources such as colleges job fairs and local business hubs Build and maintain a network of candidates and external recruitment partners Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets Promote the company s brand and culture to potential candidates in the field Requirements Bachelor s degree in any field 0-3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in real estate or sales-oriented industries Excellent communication interpersonal skills Must be comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Perks and Benefits Competitive salary Travel and mobile allowances Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding real estate company Supportive and dynamic work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
