It has been more than 60 years since SYSTRA has garnered expertise that spans the entire spectrum of Mass Rapid Transit System SYSTRA India s valuable presence in India roots back to 1957 where SYSTRA worked on the electrification of Indian Railways Our technical excellence holistic approach and the tremendous talent provides a career that puts people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency Understand better who we are by visiting www systra in Context In India SYSTRA is an international consulting and engineering company operating in the fields of Metros High Speed Rail Railways Roads Buildings Urban planning and Water Infrastructure for public and private organizations Our unique expertise is backed with a reputation built through technical excellence delivered on projects Our fully integrated services are tailored to plan and manage projects using proven best practices SYSTRA India s comprehensive know-how and expertise in Railways provides a wide spectrum of solutions for any challenge Building a new rail link doubling the capacity gauge conversion upgrading a network improving the performance of existing lines etc Our extensive experience encompasses bridges station buildings Depots Earthwork Track Works Power Supply and Transmission Signaling Telecommunications Rolling Stock Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc We are proud to deliver Project Management Services to the Rail Land Development Authority Indian Railways for three major railway station projects Mumbai New Delhi and Ahmedabad Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation We are seeking applications for the position of Field Engineer OHE for Project Redevelopment Project of CSMT- Railway Station Mumbai and construction of associated infrastructure RLDA Missions Main Duties Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate OHE system requirements Collaborate with design teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards Provide input into project timelines cost estimates and resource planning Oversee and supervise the installation of OHE systems ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations Ensure the correct configuration of equipment and systems as per the project plans Perform testing and commissioning of installed OHE equipment Respond to and troubleshoot system failures or malfunctions in the field Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company industry and safety regulations Conduct risk assessments and ensure that safety protocols are followed during installation and maintenance activities Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance Prepare and maintain detailed reports of work completed maintenance activities and issues encountered Update project documentation including technical drawings equipment specifications and manuals Liaise with the project management team to provide regular updates on progress Work closely with project managers engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met Provide technical support and guidance to field teams during project execution Maintaining Documentation and approvals Advance Planning of blocks related works Close coordination with Railway Division Profile Skills Education qualification - Diploma or B Tech Years of experience - 02 to 05 Years Prior experience requirement - 01 Year Excellent written and oral English communication skills Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization recognizing and respecting differences Ability to problem solve especially in an integrated project delivery environment applying industry best practices Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority Strong leadership skills proven ability to lead a team effort make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency As we are growing this is time to be a part of this challenging adventure It s not a job - it s a career
