Job Description - Content Creation: Produce, shoot, develop, and edit content across various digital platforms including websites, blogs, videos, podcasts, email marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, social media posts, infographics, whitepapers, and other channels. - Project Management: Plan, strategize, and execute projects within allocated budgets, encompassing pre- and post-production phases, talent acquisition, and other necessary resources. - Vendor and Talent Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate talent acquisition, including identifying suitable talent from talent agencies. - Project Planning: Strategically plan and organize projects, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure optimal project performance and value. - Content Editing and Post-Production: Get involved in Editing content when necessary and oversee post-production processes to ensure high-quality deliverables for internal and external teams. - Creative Conceptualization: Generate innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience and align with brand messaging. Stay abreast of current trends and suggest pertinent ones suitable for our brand. - Content Optimization: Enhance content for search engine optimization (SEO), user experience, and platform-specific best practices to maximize reach and engagement. - Multimedia Production: Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to create multimedia content that effectively communicates the brand's message. - Content Publishing: Oversee the entire content publishing process, including scheduling, distribution, and monitoring of performance metrics. - Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets rigorous quality standards, adheres to brand guidelines, and complies with legal requirements. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant tools and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization. - Controlling Finance: Managing Budgets for shoots and ensuring projects are delivered within budgets. Also keeping all stakeholders in the loop in terms of spending.
