Responsibilities Key DeliverablesTo design manage the security safety architecture of CI S governed sites events key executives for safeguarding material people To conduct investigations on directions of Senior management To provide pro-active assistance to other businesses within the Group to strengthen their Security robustness To ensure knowledge experience sharing on people process and technology aspects of physical security management practices within the Group Ensure physical security fire and travel safety for CI S governed sites Advise middle management i e functional location heads on security risks their implications to their business and proactive measures towards risk management Advise and direct internal investigations for corporate center and group companies on request Budget preperation and monitoring Effective allocation and utilisation of resources Conceptualize guide and oversee the department s outreach initiatives investigative and vigilance activities designing development of processes Help other offices in Emergencies Ensure the job entrusted by Senior management is complied ASAP Disaster managementExperienceMin 10 Years with at least 5 years in corporate Clear understanding of latest practices in security and safety landscape across different functions Personal protection experience is a plus Good technical knowledge of security safety equipment and awareness of latest trends in security equipment and practices Ability to analyse existing emerging threats and recommend solutions which can be implemented easily and reduce risks substantially Good analytical and communication skills Excellent leadership qualities to lead a diverse team of experienced professionals Liasion with Police Fire Brigade and other government departments Industry PreferredStrong Law enforcement backgroundQualificationsGraduate with good knowledge of written and spoken english Certification from recognised institute preferred Professional Preference to relevant ISO 27001 31000 certified ASIS certification PSP CPP CFE Candidate has to be ex Mumbai Police in Inspector rank
