Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager with a strong background in retail sales to manage day-to-day operations of our retail outlet. The ideal candidate will lead a team to meet sales targets, ensure smooth store functioning, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and uphold the standards and values of Human Care International. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store. Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Drive revenue through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques. Monitor store inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for timely replenishments. Ensure excellent visual merchandising and display as per brand guidelines. Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve escalated customer queries promptly. Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to enhance their performance and growth. Maintain store hygiene, safety, and adherence to compliance and audit requirements. Track and report on store performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and events. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Minimum 35 years of experience in a retail environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory/store manager role. Proven sales track record and strong people management skills. Good knowledge of retail KPIs and operational standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office and POS systems. Preferred Experience: Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical supplies retail will be an added advantage. Prior experience handling store audits, inventory, and visual merchandising.
