Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This role offers exposure to HR operations, administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, and event management, providing hands-on experience in key HR functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records. Support administrative tasks such as organizing employee records, scheduling meetings, and managing attendance and leave records. Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. Plan and assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, celebrations, and other HR-led initiatives. Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications as needed. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and procedures

Skills and Tools:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience:

Freshers or students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields are welcome to apply.

Previous internship or experience in HR/administration/event management will be an added advantage

Education:

Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
