Key Responsibilities - Support ongoing communication with users to strengthen satisfaction and retention. - Contribute to initiatives that improve renewals and long-term engagement. - Participate in feedback and follow-up efforts to better understand user sentiment. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for users. - Help identify opportunities to enhance user loyalty and overall platform experience. - Maintain accurate communication records and share actionable insights with the team.
