Job Description Hiring for Business Analyst Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and system requirement specifications - Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation - Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, clarify ambiguities, and resolve conflicts. - Assist in the customization and configuration of the product/ application portal to align with organizational workflows and specific recruitment needs - Develop test cases and participate in testing activities including user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of the implementation - Provide training and support to end-users, including recruiters and hiring managers, to maximize adoption and utilization of the developed product / application portal - Monitor system performance and gather feedback from users to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement - Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed to address issues and ensure successful integration with existing systems - Collaborate with various stakeholders to thoroughly understand the needs for product / application platform development projects - Conduct comprehensive analysis of portal and product requirements, including market, product, and competitor analysis to align with business goals. - Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to staffing and talent acquisition in the product development domain, and incorporate relevant insights into staffing strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent in Comp Sc./ IT or related field; MBA is a plus - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development or technology-focused environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into staffing strategies.
