Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhopal for a Network Administrator. The Network Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, configuration, and monitoring of our school's computer networks. This includes managing network security, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring optimal network performance, and supporting end-users with technical issues. The individual will work closely with IT staff to ensure a secure and efficient network infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, network hardware, and network protocols
- Experience with network administration, including configuration, maintenance, and monitoring
- Proficiency in network security practices and tools
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for network issues
- Excellent communication skills to assist end-users and collaborate with IT staff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CIC, ITILv4, MCSE, and Sophos certification.
