Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

- Perform accurate data analytics and interpretation.
- Ensure error-free documentation and reporting.
- Facilitate effective communication with government bodies, corporate partners, and donors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret data with maximum accuracy.
- Generate detailed reports for government agencies and corporate partners.
- Coordinate donor visits and manage responses for both retail and corporate donors.
- Allocate scholarships to students and maintain clear communication with donors.
- Engage with retail customers for fundraising, including explaining, negotiating, and promoting initiatives.
- Travel across cities as required for donor engagement and fundraising activities.
- Design promotional materials and raise awareness about Isha Vidhya's mission and goals.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in documentation, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Exemplary time management and organizational skills.
- Strong planning, execution, and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail.
