With 120+ active customers across India, CTMS is a rapidly growing SaaS product in the industrial ERP segment. ________________________________________ Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and results-oriented Software Sales Executive to lead the end-to-end sales process for CTMS ERP. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS or ERP solution sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client pain points and map them to the CTMS product features. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients in industrial gas, medical gas, and manufacturing sectors through market research, references, and digital platforms. Cold-call, email, and follow up with prospects to schedule product demos. Maintain leads and opportunities in the CRM . 2. Product Demonstration & Consultation Conduct online and offline demos showcasing the key CTMS features (QR-based tracking, Tally sync, mobile app, WhatsApp invoicing, etc.). Gather client requirements, identify gaps, and recommend tailored solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customizations and post-demo follow-ups. 3. Sales Closure & Target Achievement Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents. Negotiate and finalize deals as per company policy. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for subscriptions and AMC renewals. 4. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for upselling and referrals. Work closely with the support team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. 5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain updated sales reports and pipelines. Report daily/weekly progress to management. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Engineering. Experience/Fresher in IT sales ERP / SaaS / B2B Software Sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
