Your Role

- Total Experience of at least 7-8 years of IT experience with 4-8 years of Identity Management and at least 4-5 years of relevant SailPoint IIQ implementation experience.
- Strong experience in architecting IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ
- Experienced in executing the role mining module
- Strong hands-on development skills in SailPoint and well-versed in creating workflows, rules, custom bean shell, provisioning plan, certifications, LCM, custom connectors, policies, entitlements etc.
- Experience in integrating with JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, SAP, ERP etc.
- Knowledge in web services, XML, SOAP and JMS.
- Knowledge on the Support life cycle
- Experience in working on the proposal process including RFIs and RFPs
- Client facing and presentation skills.

- Gathering and understanding requirements.
- Analyzing the requirements and feasibility of framework to accomplish the requirements.
- Responsible for providing optimum solution for the requirements/issues.
- Managing tasks and sub-ordinates by distributing the work among them.
- Good experience in Root cause analysis and troubleshooting
