Role Overview: Executive – Billing (Trivandrum) Must Have: Proficiency in Tally and billing processes Salary Package: 3 – 5 Lakh per annum We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive with prior exposure to the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end billing operations, ensure compliance and accuracy, and support finance functions using Tally. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time - Manage billing for medical device products - Maintain records of accounts receivable and payable - Reconcile transactions and ensure proper documentation - Generate billing-related MIS reports and summaries Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (preferred) - Experience in billing within medical devices/pharmaceuticals (mandatory) - Proficiency in Tally (mandatory) - Strong knowledge of invoicing, GST, and billing compliance - Good Excel and MS Office skills 📩 Email: Apply directly or email on careers@latticemedtech.com What You Can Expect from Us At Lattice MedTech, we value people who take ownership, think ahead, and bring purpose to their work.
