Safety and Emergency Response Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents. Take immediate action during fire outbreaks, accidents, theft, or natural disasters. Assist in evacuation procedures and guide people to safety. Provide first aid or call medical assistance in emergencies. 4. Protection of Property Guard organizational property, equipment, and assets against theft or vandalism. Ensure vehicles in parking areas are safe and secure. Prevent damage or misuse of company facilities. 5. Law and Order Maintenance Prevent fights, disputes, or disorderly conduct on premises. Intervene in a calm but firm manner to control situations. Call law enforcement when necessary. 6. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of daily activities, security checks, and incidents. Write incident reports for accidents, thefts, or security breaches. Update supervisors on security-related concerns regularly. 7. Customer Service and Assistance Provide directions and assistance to visitors or employees. Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times. Create a welcoming yet secure environment for all.Skills Required Observation Skills Ability to notice unusual movements, behaviors, or risks. Stay vigilant during long hours of duty.
