What you’ll do

We are looking for the Security Officer - Pune.

**Job role**
- security and emergency response by referring to given procedures and directions by superiors and by reporting all abnormalities to all concerned taking adequate immediate actions.
- Effective management of the security team. Managing crowd control. Organizing the training to all security staff members on basic firef and security procedures. Upkeep and maintenance of firefighting equipment. Monitoring and operating CCTV cameras.

**Essential Duties: Physical Security Operations**
- Responsible for managing security supervisors & guards.
- Responsible for deployment of security teams & abilities to prepare & manage the shift schedule.
- Review daily security operation reports & submit the same to Management.
- Follows all security procedures as directed and complies with all assignments related to the job.
- Monitors and reports any discrepancies of activity viewed on surveillance equipment as needed.
- Maintains safety and security related equipment, procedures and facilities.

**Emergency Response Preparedness**
- Quick prompt response in all emergency situations (in accordance with SOPs)
- Prompt first-aid assistance to staff.
- Follows and implements all guidelines received from Superiors.
- Reports all abnormalities, incidents in respect of environment, health safety promptly and takes immediate actions as per SOP and/or as directed by superiors.
- Follows all safety health procedures as directed and complies with all assignments related to the job.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Security Supervisor

**Description of Success Factors**:

- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies and procedures to safeguard people, data and property.
- Experience in handling and resolving emergency incidents.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

**Skills**:

- Good written and verbal communication (English preferred)
- Alertness and attentiveness
- Person with high energy levels and initiative
- Exceptional time management and coordination skills.

Minimum Qualification and criteria: Graduate and prior experience as a security officer for 2/3 years
