We’re scaling fast and need a Mechanical Engineer who’s obsessed with cars, lives for innovation, and isn’t afraid to wield a welder or dive under a chassis. This Role Is for You If: You dream of designing and building cars that turn heads and break molds. You’re itching to get your hands dirty, fabricating, testing, and iterating in a workshop where sparks fly and ideas ignite. You’re a car nut who geeks out over suspension geometry, powertrains, or the roar of a well-tuned machine. You thrive in a multi-disciplinary crew, eager to learn a bit of electrical or software engineering to make your designs unstoppable. This Role Is NOT for You If: You’re looking for a 9-5 desk job pushing pixels in CAD all day. You’re a generic draftsman who sticks to templates and clocks out early. You’re counting down to the next holiday or shying away from grease and grind. What You’ll Do Design cutting-edge mechanical systems for our supertrike, from AI-enabled tilting suspensions to lightweight chassis that handle like a dream. Master Autodesk Inventor to create precise models, assemblies, and simulations. your designs will go from screen to street. Roll up your sleeves in our Pammal workshop: Weld, fabricate, and assemble prototypes, tweaking powertrains and testing performance under real-world chaos. Push boundaries with innovative solutions, think novel materials, wild suspension ideas, or anything that makes our trike a legend. Collaborate with electrical and software engineers, soaking up cross-disciplinary skills to make our trikes smarter and faster. Run failure analysis, durability tests, and material selection to ensure our rides conquer Indian roads and beyond. Help scale our vision for production, working with suppliers and meeting EV standards (e.g., AIS-038, ISO 26262). What We Need from You Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with a fire in your belly for automotive innovation. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Inventor, crafting complex assemblies and simulations that translate to real-world builds. Proven fabrication chops: You’ve welded, machined, or built prototypes and love the smell of metal and motor oil. Deep passion for cars, whether it’s tinkering with engines, sketching dream vehicles, or tearing up the road. Tell us about your wildest automotive project in your application.
