Technical Program Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of innovative Agentic AI implementation projects at IDS (Integrated Digital Solutions). The ideal candidate will bring 6-8 years of project management experience, with expertise in agile methodologies and a focus on agentic processes and automation. This role emphasizes managing AI-driven solutions for enterprise automation, including agentic AI for decision-making workflows, and is enhanced by experience in tools like Automation Anywhere, Appian, or UiPath. You will drive projects from concept to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives in cloud-based and AI-enhanced environments. Key Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for Agentic AI implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. - Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives to manage iterative development of AI agents and automated processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to define agentic workflows, integrate AI models, and automate complex business processes. - Identify and mitigate risks in AI project delivery, ensuring ethical AI practices, data governance, and scalability in agentic systems that perform autonomous tasks. - Manage stakeholder communications, providing updates on project progress, AI performance metrics, and ROI from automation initiatives using tools like Jira or Confluence. - Drive adoption of agentic AI for process automation, customizing solutions to enhance efficiency in areas like financial services, enterprise integrations, and compliance workflows. - Mentor team members on best practices for AI project management, fostering innovation in agentic technologies. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications like PMP, CSM, or AI-specific credentials are preferred. - 6-8 years of project management experience in technical domains, with demonstrated end-to-end leadership of 5+ complex projects involving software or AI implementations. - Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with hands-on experience leading agile teams through dynamic project environments. - Solid knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, including agentic AI concepts for autonomous decision-making and process orchestration. - Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge technical AI details with business needs, including experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). - Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools; ability to handle international teams and remote coordination. Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years in managing Agentic AI or AI/ML projects, with a focus on agentic process automation for enterprise use cases like workflow orchestration and intelligent agents. - Experience leading projects with RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Appian, or UiPath, including integration with AI for hybrid automation solutions.
