exposure to Business Analysis to drive Agile pods focused on Data capabilities across Business Intelligence BI Visualization Data Engineering Integration Data science In this role you will drive Agile best practices facilitate sprint execution own reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions You will work closely with stakeholders to align business priorities with technical execution while ensuring a smooth and transparent Agile delivery process We are seeking an experienced and talented individual that can help Takeda enhance productivity and efficiency when performing distributed delivery model In addition you will mentor and coach team members in Agile delivery building a team culture of growth and development This role will work closely with the Product team located in US and Delivery team located in India This role will align to the Transformation enablement chapter of Takeda ICC This position will report to Delivery lead for strategic direction and day-to-day management How you will contribute Agile Facilitation Team EnablementManage and facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Sprint Retrospectives Sprint Priority Review and Project ReviewEnsure the team follows Agile best practices fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture Identify and remove impediments to enable efficient sprint execution and timely delivery Play key role in facilitating PI Planning sessions breakout sessions track dependencies risks engages team in discussion assess PI objectives identifies team capacity constraints ensures the team tracks towards the committed PI objectives regular status updates to leadership Able to manage scrum of scrum cross team coordination Guide team through ROAM Resolve Own Accept Mitigate Capacity Priority PlanningManage sprint capacity planning ensuring appropriate allocation of tasks while preventing overloading Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and align sprint goals with business objectives Lead team discussions on high-priority upcoming demand and new project work Stakeholder Collaboration CommunicationAct as a bridge between Business Product and Delivery team to ensure alignment Own and prepare data driven reports presenting Agile team progress to leadership Maintain transparency by effectively communicating sprint outcomes blockers and dependencies Assist Program Lead and Product Owner with regular reporting on project updates and highlightsJira Confluence AdministrationOwn access control and permissions for required tools ensuring team members have the required access Maintain Agile workflow configurations and documentation structures to improve team collaboration Proactive Risk ManagementFacilitate risk identification and mitigation related to data ingestion ETL processes data visualization system integrations and data science workflows Promote early issue detection through Agile ceremonies e g retrospectives risk assessment workshops Product Business Analysis Responsibilities Preferred Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories epics and acceptance criteria for data-focused teams Collaborate with Product Owners and business leaders to define and refine the data product roadmap Ensure data governance compliance and regulatory requirements are embedded within the teams Agile processes Driving Innovation Continuous ImprovementFoster a culture of innovation within Agile teams by encouraging experimentation process improvements and adoption of new technologies in BI Data Engineering and Data Integration Identify opportunities to enhance Agile workflows automate manual processes and optimize data-driven decision-making Minimum Requirements Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering Business Administration or a related field MBA degree preferred 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in data-driven environments BI Data Engineering Data Integration or Analytics teams preferred Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe etc and Agile best practices Experience in stakeholder management backlog refinement and cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with Jira Confluence and Agile reporting tools Ability to translate business requirements into actionable Agile deliverables Excellent facilitation communication and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate as a leading member across globally distributed teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions Nice-to-Have Background in Business Analysis or Product Ownership Understanding of ETL processes data pipelines BI reporting tools Tableau Power BI Looker cloud data platforms data scienceExperience working in Lifesciences with a focus on data governance and compliance Certified Scrum Master CSM PSM SAFe SM or equivalent certification Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities Ability to determine key KPIs measures for dashboard and reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills including
