Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Scrum Master to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for facilitating Agile development methodologies across multiple ServiceNow teams focused on delivering solutions for Customer Service Management CSM IT Service Management ITSM IT Asset Management ITAM Enterprise Architecture EA Governance Risk and Compliance GRC Security Operations SecOps and Strategic Portfolio Management SPM The ideal candidate will be a servant leader coach and facilitator with a deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices and a passion for driving team performance and delivering value to our stakeholders Key Responsibilities xc2xb7 Scrum Facilitation xc2xb7 Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives xc2xb7 Ensure that Scrum principles and practices are followed by the development teams xc2xb7 Remove impediments and roadblocks that are hindering the team s progress xc2xb7 Team Coaching Mentoring xc2xb7 Coach and mentor development teams on Agile and Scrum principles and practices xc2xb7 Help teams become self-organizing and cross-functional xc2xb7 Promote collaboration and communication within and across teams xc2xb7 Product Backlog Management xc2xb7 Work with the Product Owner to maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog xc2xb7 Ensure that user stories are clear concise and testable xc2xb7 Facilitate backlog refinement sessions xc2xb7 Stakeholder Management xc2xb7 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations xc2xb7 Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders xc2xb7 Manage stakeholder expectations xc2xb7 Continuous Improvement xc2xb7 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness xc2xb7 Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement xc2xb7 Track and report on team performance metrics xc2xb7 ServiceNow Expertise xc2xb7 Maintain a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities particularly in the areas of CSM ITSM ITAM EA GRC SecOps and SPM xc2xb7 Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and releases xc2xb7 Share ServiceNow knowledge and best practices with the team Qualifications Skills Experience xc2xb7 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master preferably in a ServiceNow environment xc2xb7 Experience working with multiple Scrum teams simultaneously xc2xb7 Experience with ServiceNow modules such as CSM ITSM ITAM EA GRC SecOps and SPM xc2xb7 Certifications xc2xb7 Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent certification is required xc2xb7 Agile certifications e g PMI-ACP are a plus xc2xb7 Technical Skills xc2xb7 Familiarity with Agile development tools e g Jira Azure DevOps xc2xb7 Basic understanding of software development principles xc2xb7 Soft Skills xc2xb7 Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills xc2xb7 Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills xc2xb7 Ability to influence and persuade others xc2xb7 Servant leadership mindset Why Join Usxc2xb7 Be part of a dynamic and innovative team xc2xb7 Work on challenging and impactful projects that improve healthcare delivery xc2xb7 Opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge in ServiceNow and Agile methodologies xc2xb7 Competitive salary and benefits package
