Key Responsibilities:Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and Scrum framework.Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.Nice-to-Have:Experience in SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.Background in software development or project management.
