Job Title Data Entry Operator Fresher Location BhiwandiDepartment Production OperationsJob Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our furniture manufacturing company as a Data Entry Operator The role involves accurately entering and maintaining data related to production inventory and other operational processes This position is ideal for individuals who are keen to start their career in a manufacturing environment and are eager to learn and grow Key Responsibilities Accurately input production data inventory details purchase orders and other information into the companys database systems Verify and update data by comparing it with source documents to ensure accuracy Maintain organized records of production and inventory data Generate reports on production inventory and other key metrics as required Assist production and inventory teams in tracking the movement of goods and materials Communicate with team members to gather and clarify information as needed Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times Perform data backups to safeguard information Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent additional training in data entry or basic computer skills is a plus Good typing speed and accuracy Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel Word is preferred Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and systems Good organizational and time-management skills Basic communication skills to interact with team members Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience No prior experience required training will be provided Familiarity with data entry or basic computer skills is an advantage
