Administrative Assistant to Directors

Job description
The Administrative Assistant to Directors provides high-level administrative support to the directors by handling a variety of tasks. to ensure efficient operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage and coordinate the directors calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and organize confidential records, documents, and files
- Meeting & Communication Management
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute post-meeting summaries.
- Act as a liaison between the directors and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and manage email communications on behalf of the directors.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably supporting senior management or directors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
- Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive company and personnel information with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Immediate Joiners Preffered
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
