Work you'll do Supporting New Hire Experience space within the Milestones, Social Impact & Transition (MST), your primary focus is building and executing new hire onboarding development strategies, initiatives, and programs for new hires in the firm. In DLHP, your primary focus is to manage and develop curriculum development activities for new hire learning portfolio leveraging SMRs and existing materials, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality. Strategy Development 10% Plan & execute a world class New Hire Onboarding experience strategy in USI while staying in constant touch with US team counterparts to maintain US-USI alignment Plan and lead curriculum development activities; leverage SMRs and existing materials; review deliverables for accuracy and quality. Conduct external research to find impactful leading-edge capability-building strategies, partnerships, and programs to support strategy implementation in the New Hire Learning & New Hire Onboarding space Stakeholder Relationship Management 15% Build effective relationships with key stakeholders related to development projects. These range from Staff, Senior Staff, Managers, Senior Managers, SVPs, PPMDs, other USI LFHP team members, L&D SPOCs of other businesses, external empaneled vendor partners, US team members etc. Work closely with multiple teams like Talent Services, Office Experience, Regional Managing Principal's office, Food & Beverage, Security, Operations etc. across the seven office locations to ensure smooth onboarding experiences. Participate in or lead project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, and peers. Prepare draft presentations and reports to support stakeholder meetings. Maintain relationships with content-based leads (SMRs). Operations Management 35% Identify areas for operational improvement, making suggestions and driving change to gain efficiencies and improve learning impact. Collaborate with Talent Services (Learning Development, Learning Operations, and Learning Delivery) to create and deliver leading-edge learning solutions. Execute assigned programs within budget and timeline. Run and analyze reports to provide preliminary insights on program success (Voice of Customer sentiment analysis). Manage all activities to be on-time and within budget, tracking against original plan to determine efficiency. Execute the CPE/certification process from objective mapping to form submission to participant receiving credits. Collaborate with Learning Operations to maintain accurate curriculum data integrity, maintain historical archives, and respond to ad hoc requests for curriculum information. Support cross-team operational initiatives as needed. Curriculum Management 35% Work closely with the USI New Hire Experience (NHE) lead in carving out development and onboarding journeys for professionals in the region Collaborate with USI & US NHE team during weekly connects to highlight and address any India geo-specific content deviations and work towards achieving a consistent program design. Share content updates tailored to USI specific geography Consult with a USI NHE team to update content and modify the modalities of the DLaunch Program in response to organization-wide workforce transformation initiatives Own and execute end-to-end onboarding program experiences by understanding the brand these unique programs have built and be the brand ambassador of these programs by communicating the vision and purpose of these offerings Own and undertake quarterly / half-yearly Voice of Customer sentiment analysis by taking note of all feedback received during new hire onboarding across locations and suggesting location-specific Plan of Actions while keeping US NHE teams in sync Work hand-in-glove with NHE Lead to be the face of all New Hire Orientation programs in USI Appreciate the vision of MST team and then tailor onboarding learning experiences for new hires and develop learning offerings for NHE accordingly Support end-to-end participant journey, facilitator sourcing, and all related communications. Build on, and keep abreast of strong knowledge of development tools, modalities, and learning methodologies. Resource Management & Development 5% Create a teaming environment which encourages sharing of best practices, driving innovation, and continuing improvement. Demonstrate positive team collaboration and inspire teaming culture that fosters individual and team growthbuilds on strengths and showcases needle movement on developmental areas. Works closely with Talent Services Facilitators to identify gaps in resourcing for multiple DLaunch sessions across locations and provide inputs to solve for resourcing Complete and submit professional development and performance review documentation. Contribute towards an inclusive and high-performing teaming culture that maximizes team member contribution by creating an environment of mutual support and shared responsibility.
