Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Manager/Senior Manager - Sales in Chennai, India. Key responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals - Identify and acquire new clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends - Prepare quotes and pricing proposals for clients - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals - Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders - Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities. - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly - Represent the company at industry events to network with potential clients and industry stakeholders Skills, knowledge & expertise: - Minimum bachelor's degree in business or management, master's degree in relevant field is preferred - Minimum 5-8years of professional and sales experience in the field of general freight, freight forwarding business - Strong service and customer orientation - Convincing personality with a confident manner and a solution-oriented way of working - Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills - Good written and spoken English as well as MS Office skills What we offer you: A family-owned company established in 1924, has evolved into a leading global specialist in project freight forwarding.
